Data Deletion Instructions
How to request data deletion under Meta and social media platform guidelines for your CreatorFlow account.
CreatorFlow values your control over your data. In compliance with Facebook (Meta), Google, and other social platform policies, we provide transparent and straightforward ways for users to request and perform the complete deletion of their account data, connection credentials, and cached configurations.
Direct Deletion via Dashboard (Recommended)
You can delete your account and all associated tokens immediately at any time without contacting support:
- Log in to your CreatorFlow account.
- Go to the Connections section in your Dashboard.
- Click the Remove or Delete Account button on your active page/profile connections.
- Confirm the action. This immediately revokes and purges all OAuth access tokens, connected page names, and data from our active storage.
Remove App via Facebook Settings
Under Meta app guidelines, you can request data deletion by revoking permissions directly from your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Locate CreatorFlow in the list.
- Click the Remove button.
- Once removed, Facebook automatically sends a secure Data Deletion Request Callback to our systems, and your linked page data will be deleted within 24 hours.
Contact Support for Manual Deletion
If you wish to have your entire account, profile logs, email, and historical data manually removed from our server databases:
- Send an email to support@creatorflow.in from the email address associated with your CreatorFlow account.
- Use the subject line "Request Data Deletion".
- Our support team will verify the request and delete your user records, database entries, and cached parameters within 24 hours. We will send a confirmation email once the process is complete.
