CreatorFlow provides visual video planners and auto-publishing automation tools. You agree to use CreatorFlow solely for publishing video content that you own or have obtained the explicit legal right and license to distribute. You must not upload, sync, or publish any material that violates platform community guidelines, copyrights, trademarks, or applicable local and international laws.
2. Account Security & API Connections
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CreatorFlow login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. By linking third-party accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest) via our OAuth flow, you authorize CreatorFlow to read selected content metadata and publish videos/posts to those specified channels on your behalf.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership
Creator-First Ownership Policy
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and control of all video assets, files, titles, descriptions, captions, and comments that you import, upload, synchronize, or publish using CreatorFlow. CreatorFlow does not claim any proprietary interest, license (other than the technical right to transmit/publish on your behalf), or rights to your creative works.
Other than the video content you own and publish, CreatorFlow and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website and Platform. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material, managing your visual planner, and running social media publication automations.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
CreatorFlow is provided "as is," with all faults, and we express no representations or warranties of any kind related to our website or the materials contained on it. In no event shall CreatorFlow, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for any content delays, upload failures, or account suspension events occurring on third-party social media networks.
