• Account Information: Your name, email address, password, and profile details.
• OAuth Connections & Tokens: Access tokens and permissions granted through official login dialogs (e.g. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest) to perform authorized actions.
• Linked Folder Data: Metadata of video files within folders you explicitly select to sync (such as filenames, size, and paths) to automate video publishing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our automation service.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our visual planner tools.
• Understand and analyze how you use our application to optimize publishing speeds.
• Authenticate your credentials and communicate securely with platform APIs (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Send you automated notification logs of successful or failed publish events.

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your OAuth credentials, access tokens, and account information. Your connection tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted securely. We never store your direct social media passwords, as all connections are authorized via secure platform-hosted OAuth login dialogs.

4. Sharing of Data

CreatorFlow does not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties. We share data only with the social media channels you explicitly link and authorize, solely for the purpose of publishing videos on your behalf.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can disconnect your social channels or delete your CreatorFlow account at any time directly through the dashboard settings. 6. Third-Party Privacy Policies

CreatorFlow’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party social media platforms and cloud storage providers for more detailed information.
